These terms cover your use of a1strategic.com and our free AI Report Card. By using the site, you agree to them. We kept them short and plain on purpose.

The free AI Report Card

The report is free, and it is for information only.
It shows what a few AI tools said when we asked them questions on a certain day. AI answers change often, sometimes hour to hour.
Your grade is our own estimate, based on our own scoring. It is not an official rating from Google, OpenAI, or anyone else.
The report is not legal, financial, or other professional advice.

No guarantees

We work hard to help businesses get found. But we cannot promise any specific result, ranking, number of calls, or mention by any AI tool or search engine. Those companies control their own results.

Please use the site fairly

Only ask for a report about a business you own, work for, or are allowed to represent.
Use a real email address that is yours to use.
Do not spam our forms, use bots, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything illegal.
Do not copy or resell our reports, pages, or tools as your own.

We may turn down or stop any request that looks like misuse.

Our content

The site, the report design, our scoring, our writing, and our logo belong to A1 Strategic. You are welcome to keep and share your own report. Please ask before copying anything else.

Other websites

Our site links to other services, like Calendly for booking. We are not responsible for those sites or how they work.

Limits on our liability

The site and the free report are provided "as is." As far as the law allows, A1 Strategic is not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on the report. If we are ever found responsible, the most we will owe is what you paid us for the thing in question. For the free report, that is $0.

Paid work

If you hire us for paid services, the written agreement or proposal for that work comes first. These terms cover anything it does not.

Illinois law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of LaSalle County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post them here and update the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
